After moving to Sydney all the way from Scotland in 2015, Mynx was quickly enamoured by the drag scene. Her talent as a makeup artist was immediately evident, and quickly branded her a queen to watch. With exquisite looks that embrace retro trends from a fresh perspective, enchantingly conceptual performances, and a personality as sweet as her namesake, it’s safe to say, Mynx Moscato has made a splash. 

Makeup is one of Mynx’s greatest passions and her favourite part of the drag art form. In 2017, Mynx reached the judges top 30, and the public-voted top 15, in the NYX Australian and New Zealand Face Awards. She is sought after, not just for her drag makeovers, but also for her Halloween and special effects makeup.

While makeup was her first passion, performance has become her way of life. Mynx Moscato has choreographed floats for Mardi Gras parade and stared in production shows in venues all over Sydney, including The Star Casino. This jetsetter has performed in France, Italy, Canada, England, and the USA.  She has performed at Micky’s in West Hollywood alongside the likes of RuPauls’s Drag Race royalty, Morgan McMichaels, Naysha Lopez , Mrs. Kasha Davis, Mariah Paris Balenciaga, Jaymes Mansfield, Darienne Lake, and Yara Sofia.

Recently, Mynx has turned her wig-styling talents into a business, co-founding Wigged Out, an online wig store specialising in ready-to-wear custom-styled wigs.
